Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period. This policy is designed to promote fairness and satisfaction in your shopping experience with us.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Several categories of items are exempt from returns, including:

- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us to discuss options.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the gift was not marked at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without these measures.
